When attempting to log in to Ease Connect, experience an authentication loop. This issue is commonly caused by browser settings in Google Chrome that prevent authentication services from functioning correctly.
Resolution
Verify the following settings in Google Chrome.
1. Enable Third-Party Cookies
Ease Connect relies on third-party cookies to maintain your authenticated session.
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the three dots (⋮) in the upper-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Click Privacy and security in the left navigation menu.
- Select Third-party cookies.
- Choose Allow third-party cookies.
After updating this setting, close and reopen your browser before attempting to log in again.
2. Enable JavaScript
JavaScript must be enabled for the login process to complete successfully.
- Open Settings in Google Chrome.
- Navigate to Privacy and security.
- Click Site settings.
- Scroll down and select JavaScript.
- Choose Sites can use JavaScript.
Additional Troubleshooting
If the issue persists after updating these settings:
- Close all Chrome windows and reopen the browser.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Ensure Chrome is updated to the latest version.
