Issue Overview
This appears if a call comes in and is accepted immediately following a log in/refresh. After a refresh/login, the must reconnect to Twilio yet. The manager may have to manually dial in. This is intended behavior and not indicative of a larger issue.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
Refresh VMOS and verify that this notification appears in the bottom left corner within a few moments. You may need to interact with the system first (i.e. click on the screen). This validates that Twilio has connected.
When to Submit a Ticket
- If you have verified that Twilio has reconnected and you still receive this error when taking a call. Reminder that every time the system is refreshed or logged/out back into, Twilio must reconnect. Be sure that neither have been done since the first error occurred as this could mean Twilio is reconnecting again.
Information to Include in Your Ticket
- Timestamp of the instance of the error.
- Screenshot of the error.
- If possible, screenshot of the Connected to Twilio notification. This will help us verify that this is not the issue.
