This is an authentication error meaning VMOS is not able to authenticate the user’s profile/access to system.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
- Log out and back into VMOS to reauthenticate your login.
- Restart computer.
- Clear Google Chrome browser cookies for vmos.storeease.com specifically.
- Google Chrome Settings > Site Settings > View permissions and data stored across sites > search vmos > find vmos.storeease.com > delete data
