Issue Overview
This typically appears if you are connected to the wrong Webex device in VMOS.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
- Verify that you are connected to the correct Webex. Do this by tapping the Webex screen and swiping up to view the device name in the top left corner. Ensure this name matches the device connected in VMOS.
- If so, disconnect the current device by clicking the toggle in the top right corner of VMOS. Reselect it and choose the correct device.
3. If the correct device is connected, complete step 2 and disconnect/reconnect to that same device to reestablish the connection.
4. If issue still persists, clear Google Chrome browser cookies for Webex to force re-login.
- Google Chrome Settings > Site Settings > View permissions and data stored across sites > search Webex > find web.webex.com > delete data
5. Re-login into VMOS, reconnect to Webex, and verify if the issue has resolved.
