The VMOS lead follow up feature is specially designed to make the lead follow up process across multiple properties streamline and efficient.
To view and follow up with existing open leads across properties, select the Task (briefcase) Icon and click Lead Follow Up.
A list of all open leads needing follow up will appear with an alert notifying of the action to be taken. The cadence for follow up will be determined by the desired move in date, status of the lead, etc.
To begin the follow up, click Start Task. This will mark the task as In Progress by the manager.
Once the task has been started, a lead card will appear. To initiate the call, click Dial In. Once the call has been completed, resolve as normal and complete the call.
If the call requires additional follow up, select Needs Follow Up. This will prevent the task from clearing, until it is resolved.
The leads that will populate will be any reservations created via Sparefoot or leads generated from the website. Essentially, any lead that will appear in the Follow Up & Reminders tab of Sitelink will be pulled to VMOS for follow up!
