Go to https://vmos.storeease.com/ to login to VMOS.
Type in your email address and the password provided by StoreEase, then click Continue.
Once logged in you will be greeted by the VMOS Home screen. From here you can receive incoming virtual calls and change your availability status.
Setting Up the Virtual Calling Device
When you accept an alert, your virtual calling device will automatically begin dialing the property where the customer walked in. To connect this device to your VMOS profile so the call can be taken, click Connect Video Device.
This takes you to the WebEx login page. You will login using the email address and password provided by StoreEase.
Once you login successfully and give authorization to VMOS, you'll just need to select the Connect Video Device option again.
Then select the device which that you would like to use to dial into facilities.
Updating Your Profile and Logging Out
Select the initials icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the homescreen.
From here you can update profile information (i.e. email address, first name, and last name), toggle to VMOS version 1, or select Logout to close out of the system.
