In instances where multiple calls may need to be taken at the same time, or more information may need to be gathered during the call, the Hold feature can be utilized.
Select the Put on Hold option in the top right hand corner of the VMOS screen.
The call can then be dialed back into by pressing the Dial In icon.
Important Note: If an additional call comes in during an active call, accepting the call will automatically put it on hold. The current call will remain active, and the secondary call(s) will be placed on hold until they are dialed into, following the active call being put on hold or completed.
