Conducting Follow Up
To follow up with missed VMOS phone calls, select the Tasks (briefcase) icon.
Select the Missed Calls icon.
Filter by queue type by selecting the type(s) of missed call needing follow up. Click Apply.
From here the list of missed calls will appear and the voicemail(s) can be played back (if applicable). Click Start Task to initiate the follow up. This will mark the call as In Progress by the manager, and it must be completed by that manager.
This will make a lead card appear, to be categorized as necessary based on the type of call. To dial into the call, click the green Dial In button. From here, it will be categorized and closed with the same process as an incoming call.
