Set yourself to Available or Away if needed.

When in the Available status, all calls will route to you or another Available manager first. This status is denoted by a white background.

Setting yourself to Away will make it so no alerts ever come to you, unless they have been assigned to you by another agent. The full routing priority system is below. This status is denoted by a red background.
