Transferring a Call
If a VMOS alert is answered and needs to be transferred to a different virtual manager, this can be done by selecting the Transfer option in the top right hand corner and choosing the appropriate manager. This can be done while actively in the call or while the call is on Hold. This will pass the call the assigned virtual manager regardless of their status in VMOS. If they are unable to answer, the call will return to the manager who initiated the transfer.
