Where this button lands in the PMS will vary based upon the PMS type is in use. See below.
StorEdge
will land directly within the account of the lead or customer.
Cubby
Will land within the account of the lead or customer.
Self-Storage Manager (SSM)
Will land on the tenant match page with all accounts associated with that number. Select the correct account.
Sitelink
Tenants will land on the payment page within their ledger.
Leads will land on the Lead to Lease page for that particular facility. The lead will need to be searched for.
