Overview
The new One-Time Payment Option allows non-account holders to make a payment toward a tenant’s account without logging in or accessing personal account details.
This feature is available in two scenarios:
In-Office iPad – Accessible via the Pay BalanceTile
Phone Payment Automation – Callers from unknown numbers will be provided this option via the payment automation AI
🔒 Security Note: Users only need the tenant's first name, last name, and unit number. No sensitive account information will be visible—only the option to make a one-time payment.
🧭 Step-by-Step Guide: How to Use the One-Time Payment Portal
✅ Step 1: Select "No Login Quick Payment"
On the welcome screen, tap or click Pay Balance
Select "No Login Quick Payment".
Note: The Login to Account option will provide the account holder the ability to login via their phone number and be sent the payment portal link which provides full account access, as they currently can.
✅ Step 2: Enter Tenant Information
Enter the following details exactly as they appear in the system:
Unit Number
First Name
Last Name
✅ Step 3: Select the Account
Tap the account to proceed.
Note: If multiple accounts match the entered information (this is an edge case), payment cannot currently be made using the One-Time Payment portal.
✅ Step 4: Make the Payment
Enter the payment amount.
Select payment method (e.g., credit card, debit).
Confirm and submit the payment.
🛑 Important Reminders:
No account data is displayed.
Only one payment can be made per session.
This feature is designed for non-account holders such as family members or friends paying on behalf of the tenant however primary account holders can use this as well.
