Managers can now efficiently provide access information to new and existing customers via the gate code push notification within the VMOS Communications feature!

To utilize this feature, simply select the ... icon and choose Send Facility Access Information. The customer will be immediately texted their gate code to the primary phone number associated with their account and a notation will be left in their VMOS history! Note that clicking this icon will send the text automatically. The messaging will NOT populate in the text box to manually send.
Note: This feature does account for extenuating circumstances as well, such as Noke access, overlocked accounts, and accounts with no gate code.
