Any VMOS profile that remains unactive for more than 1 hour will now be auto-logged off and considered Offline!
This feature is aimed to ensure the accuracy of Online/Offline related data that can be skewed by manager's not logging out at the end of the day, as well as other instances that may require extended time away from the system.
If no activity (i.e. mouse movement within VMOS) is registered within a 1-hour window while Online, the message below will appear on the profile.
If the Yes option is not selected within 10 seconds of this pop-up, the profile will be automatically changed to status Offline.
The status will remain as Offline until activity is once again detected within the profile. Once this occurs, the status will reflect Online again and defer to whatever state the profile was left in (Available or Away).
Please Note: Even when a profile is set to Away, if VMOS is still logged into the account will still be considered Online within the 1 hour idle period, as Online is determined by Logged In/Logged Out status, NOT Away/Available.
To ensure the most accurate Online/Offline time is reflected, please mark yourself as Away then log fully out of VMOS for any extended period of time spent outside of the system/actively working (i.e. lunch breaks, meetings, and after leaving for the day). This will be important in ensuring the most accurate and clear agent productivity data possible.
