Recurring fees (i.e. fees selected as Apply at Move In in Sitelink) will now be charged for all move ins completed at the iPad!

Enabled recurring fees will be listed as separate charges under the Payment category within the iPad move in app. If there are multiple recurring fees, each fee will display as its own line item.
Important Note
Due to limitations with how Sitelink requires these fees be charged at move in; customers will be charged separately for this fee. 2 simultaneous transactions will be processed.
Charge #1: Standard move in costs not including the recurring fees (rent, insurance, admin fees, etc.)
Charge #2: Recurring fees only (lock fee, 24-hour access fee, etc.)
To aid in customer understanding about these separate charges, a note has been added at the bottom of the Total to explain this for new renters. Please be sure to take note of this process, to ensure ability to discuss this with customers should they have questions about their charges!
The customer's ledger in Sitelink will also reflect both charges as separate line items. Example below.
FAQ
1. Are we able to charge certain recurring fees by customer, and not for all move ins?
- At this time, this feature doesn't support this ability. All enabled recurring fees will be charged for each move in. To add a recurring fee on a case-by-case basis, the Apply at Move In setting will need to be disabled, and the fee must be manually added to the necessary accounts at move in.
