Onsite customers can now text themselves a payment link instead of receiving link from VM
Problem we are solving
Today if a customer wants to pay their balance at a facility, they either have to sign in to the company website to access their account, or connect with a VM to receive a link. A majority of customers get stuck on this step because they don’t know their account sign in details.
Feature Solution
Tenants visiting the facility now have the option of texting a payment link to themselves via the iPad.
- The tenant can still access the option to sign in and pay on the company website if they prefer.
- Both of these options can be accessed on the iPad by selecting "Pay Balance".
The tenant must enter their phone number to look up their account, and if their number matches an active Tenant account, they will receive a payment link via text.
