StoreEase can now automatically send gate access codes and move-in instructions via email and SMS
Problem we are solving
PMS options can often be an unreliable tool for communicating key information with your tenants, and require manual actions to trigger these key details. This results in new tenants having to reach out via the counter multiple times to have introductory questions answered.
Feature Solution
Instead of relying on manual sends to send necessary access codes and other move-in instructions, StoreEase can now automatically send these details to new tenants.
These emails and SMS are customizable per partner and facility.
Currently we support dynamically displaying the following details based on the move-in event:
- Tenant first name
- Partner name
- Access code (gates)
- Facility name
- Facility mainline phone
- Facility address
Note lock codes and unit number are not currently supported as lock providers tend to send these details today
FAQ
- Q: We had a move-in occur on our website, but the tenant didn't receive this email - what happened?
- This content will only be sent for move-ins that happen through the iPad when payment is complete to ensure critical information is sent for move-ins happening at the virtual counter. This means there is no overlap with existing content that is sent by your other move-in channels (website or PMS).
- Q: Some content should only be sent to specific facilities, is that possible?
- Yes, we can select a different email template per facility to ensure the right information reaches your tenants.
