What::
You can now edit the facility that is attached to an incoming call or Missed Call task.
Simply use the new Facility dropdown to adjust the facility associated with your call to look up existing tenants or create new users.
Why::
This feature is designed for Partners who leverage a single phone line for multiple facilities, to allow them to re-assign the current facility as needed.
This also enables tenants who have called the wrong number, or who have multiple unit leases, to be registered under the correct facility associated with a call.
How::
When you switch facilities for a call, VMOS will automatically search to find tenants at the new facility by their phone number.
If the tenant is not found at the new facility, you can create them as a tenant as needed, based on the requirements of the call and customer. The tenant details will not automatically be carried over from one facility to the next.
