Follow Up tasks can be filtered by Task Type, Facility, and Skill to allow more specialized customer response, ensuring the right calls are handled by the right team members.
Once a filter has been applied, it will appear blue within the filter tab.
Task Type Filter
This filter restricts the task list to display only specific types of tasks. See the Types of Follow Up Tasks article for more details on task types.
This includes the following task types:
- Missed Call
- Missed Message
- Web Chat Inquiry
- Lead Follow Up
- Reservation Follow Up
- Move In Follow Up
- Move Out
- Outgoing
Facility Filter
This filter restricts which tasks will be visible based upon which facility they are associated with.
Skill Filter
This filter restricts which tasks will be visible based upon which skill was assigned to the task.
Removing Filters
To remove a filter, simply select the x button on the applied filter. This will remove all filters set for that category.
Or unselect the filter in the dropdown. Best done when multiple filters are selected and you would not like to remove all at once.
Important Notes
1. All filters applied will remain until they have been removed. This includes after the system has been refreshed, logged out of, or shut down.
2. Please ensure that once filters are no longer needed, they have been cleared as this will limit full visibility to all pending tasks.
3. Multiple filter options within each category can be selected at once and can be remove individually.
