1. Go to https://vmos.storeease.com/ in Google Chrome to login to VMOS.
Type in your email address and the password you created, then click Continue. *You may reset your password at any time by clicking Forgot Password
2. You will now see the Hub screen of the Ease Comms Center. From here you can receive incoming virtual calls and change your availability status.
3. Enable browser notifications when prompted upon first sign in.
4. Allow microphone always when visiting the site when prompted upon first inbound/outbound call received. This is a crucial step to ensure the call can be taken/made.
Important Note:
If enabling the permission above are missed as a step, you can enable these in your Google Chrome Settings using the steps below:

Go to Google Chrome go to your Settings

Search Site Settings

Locate and select vmos.storeease.com in your recent activity

Allow Microphone and Notifications for this site
Setting Up the Virtual Calling Device
When you accept an alert, your virtual calling device will automatically begin dialing the property where the customer walked in. To connect this device to your profile, click your initials in the top left corner and select Enable WebEx.
This takes you to the WebEx login page. You will login using the email address and password provided by StoreEase.
Once you login successfully and give authorization to Ease Connecr, you'll just need to select Video.
Then, select the device which that you would like to use to dial into facilities.
Once connected, the device should show in the right-hand corner of the Ease Connect home screen.
