Below is a labelled diagram of the virtual counter that will be located in the facility office. This will be used to communicate with prospective customers, current tenants, vendors, etc.
Please reference the key for more information regarding each component of the counter.
VC1 Model
KEY:
A-Camera that connects back to the WebEx Desk Pro that allows visibility into the facility. This is where customers should look when communicating via the counter.
B-Counter Ipad used to view available units, prices, and complete rentals through the 2-minute move in app or facility website. These may also be used for fob syncing at Noke facilities.
C-Monitor that the Virtual Manager will appear on when a virtual interaction is initiated. This a two-way interaction where both parties can hear and see each other.
D-Counter button that sends an alert to VMOS when pressed, notifying that a customer has asked for assistance. This will appear whether already engaged in a call at the location or not.
E-Compartment within the counter used to hold items like battery removal tools, fobs, replacement batteries, etc. for tenant use.
VC2 Model
