Once the interaction has concluded, you will need to close it out by selecting a resolution, putting in an option note, and closing the alert.
Resolutions denote what the purpose of the call was, and can be used for data tracking and operational analysis.
Closing an Alert
Click the red End button to stop the interaction.
Note that the color of the call changes from green to gray once the call has been ended.
2. Once selected, the option to adjust the Contact Type, choose a Resolution, and write an option note will be presented.
1. Contact Type (this will default based on if the caller is recognized as a new lead (unknown number), existing lead, or tenant)
This can be adjusted by selecting the dropdown, if necessary.
2. Resolutions are dependent upon which contact type is selected and will vary by contact type.
3. Once a resolution has been chosen and an optional note has been put in, the call can then be closed by clicking Submit.
Important Note:
- Notes cannot begin being input until the call has been ended.
2. Please be sure to select the most accurate Contact Type and Resolutions possible to ensure the most accurate data is reported.
