Customers and authorized payers have 3 ways to make payments through the payment portal accessed via SMS automation. This is determined based on if the call is from an unknown number or the primary phone number on the account.
- Account Holder Login Portal
- One-Time Quick Payment Portal
- Authenticated Payment Link
Account Holder Login Portal
The Account Holder Login Portal provides tenants with full access to their account information and payment management tools. This is for tenants who need full access to their account information and account management features, but they called in from their non-primary number.
To access the portal, the customer must have access to the phone number associated with their account. If the customer does not have access to the phone number on file, they will be unable to complete the login process until their contact information has been updated.
Important Requirement
Customers must have access to the phone number on file for their account.
When a customer chooses to log in:
They enter their phone number.
A secure login link is sent to the phone number on the account.
- The customer uses the link to access their account portal.
Features Available in the Account Holder Portal
The updated customer portal includes a modernized user experience and several self-service account management features.
