Issue Overview
When reviewing playback footage in Meraki, the camera does not play any audio of the recording.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
- Ensure that your volume is turned up on your computer.
- Verify that you have enabled the audio for that specific camera.
- Select the name of that camera for that location. You must select this part to be given the option to enable sound.
