Issue Overview
When attempting to connect a Webex device to VMOS, the dropdown menu shows no devices to connect to.
Step-by-Step Troubleshooting
- Refresh VMOS.
- Log out/back into VMOS.
- Clear Google Chrome browser cookies and cache for Webex only. This will sign you out of Webex and prompt re-login.
- Google Chrome Settings > Site Settings > View permissions and data stored across sites > search Webex > find web.webex.com > delete data
- Google Chrome Settings > Site Settings > View permissions and data stored across sites > search Webex > find web.webex.com > delete data
- Restart computer.
When to Submit a Ticket
- Troubleshooting steps 1-4 don't resolve the issue.
- If there are devices listed, but your specific Webex is not shown in the dropdown list.

- All completed troubleshooting steps prior to ticket submission.
